Arne Jacobsen designed the GRAND PRIX classic chair in 1957. The chair got its name from the Grand Prix of the Milan Triennale, which it received in the year it was designed. The seat of the chair is made of nine compression-molded plywood layers, which is why its structure is flexible and durable. The versatile GRAND PRIX is well suited as a dining table chair or office chair. The chair is available with both steel and wooden legs and there are several color and upholstery options to choose from.
